Cheryl Bart, mother of 2, lawyer and non-executive Director, is a graduate in Commerce and Law from the University of NSW. She is Chairman of the South Australian Film Corporation, the Adelaide Film Festival and Adelaide Film Festival Investment Fund. Cheryl is also a non executive Director on a number of boards including Spark Infrastructure Ltd, Economic Development Board, AER Foundation, ETSA Utilities, Growth Properties Limited and an ambassador for the Peres Centre for Peace. Her past directorships include Sydney Ports Corporation, EOS Ltd, Soccer Australia, Basketball Australia, Australian Sports Foundation and the Defence Industry Advisory Board. She has always been involved in a range of pro bono and charitable activities.

In addition to a strong interest and support in the Arts, Ms Bart has also recently climbed 6 of the world’s highest mountains on each continent, and has only 1 to go, Mt Everest, before successfully summiting the Seven Summits. Cheryl has also summitted Cho oyu in the Himalayas, the 6th highest mountain in the world. Other recreational pursuits include skiing, snowboarding, heli-skiing, and rock climbing.
